My practice focuses on equity compensation planning, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), Incentive Stock Options (ISOs), Non-Qualified Stock Options (NQSOs), Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPPs), tender offers, IPO planning, and concentrated stock positions. I help clients understand the tax implications of their equity compensation, evaluate exercise and sale strategies, manage cash flow needs, and coordinate investment decisions with their broader financial goals. In addition to equity compensation planning, I provide comprehensive financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning guidance, and risk management. As both a CFP® professional and Enrolled Agent (EA), I integrate tax considerations into financial planning recommendations to help clients make more informed decisions. Many of my clients work in technology and other industries where stock compensation represents a significant portion of their wealth. My goal is to help them navigate complexity, understand their options, and make decisions with confidence.
