Our expertise concentrates in four areas: equity compensation, concentrated stock positions, California tax planning, and liquidity events. Equity compensation. RSU vesting and sell schedules, ISO exercises and the AMT consequences, NSO timing, ESPP disposition planning, and 83(b) decisions for early-stage employees. Concentrated stock positions. For clients whose net worth sits largely in one company, the obstacle to diversifying is almost never the logic of diversifying - it is the tax bill. We work through exchange funds, pre-paid variable forwards, long/short direct indexing, charitable vehicles, and staged sales, and we are candid about which of these are appropriate and which are oversold. California tax planning. Multi-year projections, capital gains timing, residency and relocation analysis, and coordination with clients' CPAs. Liquidity events. IPOs, acquisitions, secondary sales, and what to do with proceeds - including whether Qualified Opportunity Zone funds are worth the trade-offs. I hold both the CFA charter and the CFP® designation, which reflects how these problems actually arrive: as investment questions and planning questions at the same time.

What differentiates Traveka Wealth is that many of our clients have chosen us more than once. Traveka is the fourth firm I have practiced at. A significant share of the families we serve today first became clients at Bedrock Capital, United Capital, or Goldman Sachs, and moved with our team each time. Some of those relationships now span fifteen to twenty years. I do not think there is a stronger signal available in this industry than a client choosing you again when leaving would have been easier. Beyond that, three structural things: We are independent, fee-only, and NAPFA members. I spent years inside large institutions. They employ capable people, but they come with product shelves, sales expectations, and incentives that are not always the client's. Traveka has none of that by design. We are specialized rather than general. Roughly 150 client families, concentrated in technology. That focus lets us go deep on equity compensation, concentrated positions, and California tax rather than maintaining shallow competence everywhere. Every relationship is staffed by a team. A lead advisor owns the plan and the recommendations; a relationship manager handles logistics and day-to-day questions. No single point of failure, and more than one person knows your situation well.
