Humans first. Spreadsheets second. Our process is designed to replace financial anxiety with clear, calm decisions, built around your real life. 1. Discovery Meeting No prep required. No commitment. We’ll talk about what you want your money to make possible and the decisions on your mind. For tech employees, that might include a RSU or stock option grant, liquidity event, career pivot, or a home purchase. 2. Vision + Organization Meeting We get clear on what matters to you. More time with family? The freedom to leave a demanding role? A move abroad? We’ll define your priorities, gather the relevant details, and identify the questions your plan needs to answer. 3. Money Flow Meeting We’ll look at how money moves through your life today and build a practical system for spending, saving, and investing. We’ll also consider how salary, bonuses, and equity compensation affect your cash flow. 4. Insurance + Estate Meeting A good plan prepares for setbacks as well as opportunities. We’ll review your insurance coverage, beneficiaries, and estate-planning needs, then identify any gaps to discuss with the appropriate professionals. 5. Design + Investments Meeting We’ll bring the pieces together and compare your options. That may include decisions about concentrated company stock, taxes, investing, a home purchase, or how much flexibility you need before making a career change. Fees and minimums Ongoing financial planning starts at $7,200 per year for W-2 employees and $8,400 per year for self-employed clients. One-time financial plans start at $5,000. There is no minimum amount you must have invested to work with Equalis. We’ll discuss your specific fee before you decide to engage us.
