The G.R.O.W. Process Four phases that take you from initial conversation to a living financial plan that evolves with your life. 1. Get Organized We start with a complimentary consultation. If we are a good fit, we sign the agreements and begin gathering your information to start the financial planning and investment management process. 2. Refine Strategy We analyze the data, develop your custom plan, review our initial recommendations with you, and make adjustments. This is collaborative, not prescriptive. 3. Operations Design Once the plan is approved, we implement the recommendations and hold you accountable. You enter the Client Services Calendar rotation, ensuring consistent touchpoints throughout the year. 4. Work the Plan We monitor your progress toward the goals in your plan. We evaluate, adjust, and keep you informed with regular contact. Life changes and your plan changes with it.
