Financial planning isn't one-size-fits-all. I specialize in helping individuals and families navigate the complex financial crossroads of life, focusing heavily on these unique groups and the major moments that define their journeys.
Government & Military

Be confident given that half of client households include at least one government employee or military service member.
Millennials & GenZ

Retirement planning is hard because it is an exercise in delayed gratification. Hard, not complex.
Retirees or Seniors

Know that two-thirds of client households are couples and that the majority of single households are women.
Buying a Home and Relocation

A major takeaway from being on track to retire is knowing what portion of remaining cash flow is available for housing.
Early Retirement or Financial Independence

Retiring early is expensive and blindspots may be many. Best to engage with an independent and objective professional.
Retirement Planning

A retirement projection tells the client’s story: where they have been, where they are today, and where they are headed.
Certified Financial Planners have a proven blueprint for success—but your planner builds it entirely around you.

Time-Based Approach to Financial Advice First-time clients are attracted by the time-based approach to delivering financial advice. The aim is to provide advice that sticks and to make recommendations that have staying power, all supported by a highly personal and custom retirement projection. The Four-Step Engagement Process 1. First Meeting: Initial Fit Assessment The first meeting is designed to gauge fit: Do we like each other? Do we trust each other? Do you find me to be knowledgeable? This meeting is brief, with no preparation necessary on your part. 2. Second Meeting: Complimentary Get Acquainted Meeting During the second meeting: We use worksheets completed by you and account statements shared by you to guide the conversation. We reaffirm the process and the benefits of the engagement. We affirm the estimated time range for the engagement. If we decide to proceed, the outcome of this meeting will be a list of additional requested documents and the production of the engagement letter. Note: No advice is offered during the first two meetings. 3. Third Meeting: Draft Retirement Projection and Tax Return Report In this meeting, which lasts approximately 60-75 minutes: We review the tax return report. We present a draft of the retirement projection. If applicable, an education funding report will also be presented during this meeting. 4. Final Meeting: Refined Recommendations The final meeting is where we: Review the refined retirement projection. Discuss the financial recommendations in detail.
