I work with ambitious professionals and growing families who are managing complexity — dual incomes, equity compensation, career transitions, or the financial weight of building something. My planning is behavioral first and tax-smart throughout: we start with how you think about money, not just what you have. Every client gets a comprehensive, ongoing plan built around their actual life — not a one-size-fits-all portfolio and a binder.

Certified Financial Planners have a proven blueprint for success—but your planner builds it entirely around you.

Summarized from the CFP® Board's Practice Standards. cfp.net
My planning process starts with a real conversation, not a sales call designed to close you. Before we talk numbers, I want to understand your money scripts: the beliefs, patterns, and stories about money you’ve carried — often since childhood — that shape every financial decision you make. That layer matters, and most planners skip it entirely. From there, we build a comprehensive financial plan together over the course of the year. Not a one-time binder you’ll never open again — a flexible, living plan that evolves as your life does. It covers cash flow, tax strategy, investments, insurance, estate considerations, and the decisions that don’t fit neatly into a spreadsheet. I’m tax-focused by training and by practice — almost everything I do has a tax layer, and I think it should. I offer a hybrid model that separates planning from portfolio management. You can engage on a flat monthly retainer, add investment management as an optional layer, or — for households over $750,000 — work with me on a traditional AUM basis. That structure exists because great financial planning shouldn’t be gated behind your asset balance. We meet at a minimum of 2 times a year with ongoing access between sessions. You’ll always know where things stand. I’ve personally navigated business launches, a business sale, career pivots, downshifts and the particular complexity of building a life and a financial practice at the same time. When that’s your story — or your family’s story — I understand it from the inside, not just the textbook. Let's connect!
