Certified Financial Planners have a proven blueprint for success—but your planner builds it entirely around you.

Summarized from the CFP® Board's Practice Standards. cfp.net
Initial consultation with goals and values clarification. Advanced tax planning assessment and advanced estate planning assessment. Your goals and plans are very important to the planning work we do. We want to understand all the details to co-create a path forward. After an initial consultation, we will send a written proposal with the next steps and clear explanations about our fees. The flat rate planning fee is based on our understanding of the scope of work and complexities related to your plan. For clients looking for planning only, we evaluate your portfolio and offer asset allocation guidance, but not specific buy/sell recommendations. If you have decided to move forward with Investment Management services, we will move to a regular review meeting schedule. Typically, we start with quarterly meetings to implement the plan and set up the investment accounts. We then monitor and adjust as life changes.
