Our process begins with an Insight Session. A conversation designed to understand where you are today, what matters most, and where you want to go. If we both agree it is a good fit, we move into a Strategy Session where we begin building and prioritizing your financial plan. We are a planning-first firm, which means we do not start with portfolio decisions in isolation. Investments matter, but they are only one part of the picture. Before making recommendations, we work to understand the broader financial landscape; cash flow, taxes, estate considerations, risk management, family dynamics, business interests, and long-term goals, so each decision can be evaluated in context. Clients can expect a collaborative, direct, and personal relationship. Our planning process is not a binder or a one-time event; it is an ongoing process that evolves as life changes. We typically focus first on the most important decisions in the next 6–12 months while keeping long-term goals in view. As a fee-only registered investment adviser, we coordinate closely with clients’ other professionals, including CPAs and attorneys, and bring a team-based perspective to the work. As an independent firm, we are able to pair broad planning resources with the personal attention of a long-term advisory relationship. Our goal is to help clients get clear on what matters most, understand the “why” behind each recommendation, and make thoughtful decisions with a team beside them.
