Howard brought many years of business and life experience outside of financial planning when he started H. A. Kramer & Associates, PA, in 1989. He provides advice, counseling, and coaching as a State of Florida, Registered Investment Adviser.

In addition to being a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Howard is an AIF®, Accredited Investment Fiduciary®. He is life and health insurance-licensed in Florida, California, and Michigan.

2009 President of the Financial Planning Association – Broward Chapter. In 1996, he served as President of the Broward Society of CLU and ChFC. Howard loves to spend free time with his grandchildren and wife Meryl.
